Not only is Ubi the Clown a competent hooper in his own right, but he can also teach people, esp. men and boys, to hoop. He can also arrange to bring piles of brightly colored hoops in a range of sizes to your party. Most people find that the very large hoops are MUCH easier to start with, even if they never could hoop even when they were little.
