The Hispanic Liaison of Siler City, NC, outdid themselves for the 10th Hispanic Heritage Fiesta on September 16, 2023. The day dawned bright and clear, and while it was warm, it was not uncomfortable.
John the Balloon Man and Karen the Hula Hoop Lady set up their tents on 2nd St., the cross street to Chatham (where we were last year), in the children’s play area. We were busy all day.
